This is my last post at MSN Spaces. It has been a hell of a year, and I've met a hell of alot'a good people here in the blogosphere. I'm taking off to El Paso real soon, which is (among other reasons like trackback spam) the most immediate reason I'm shutting down shop. The other reason is this was always intended as just a first step in a larger journey towards becoming a journalist and a writer. It's amazing how much you can feel you know something, know you are completely right, and then when you go to write it down have it totally fall apart in front of your face. This last year has been an invaluble learning process in so many way, and I'd like to thank every one of you who helped me (in one way or another) along the way.
